LIVE WITH POWER NLP ACADEMY GUARANTEE

This is a guarantee that Live with Power NLP Seminars will provide a full refund in the case of not satisfactorily fulfilling its guarantee of providing a full curriculum of the Certified Practitioner and Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming Certification.

Live with Power NLP Seminars guarantees that each and every component of the program will be taught through installation on other than conscious level, a thorough explanation, demonstration, case studies, and group practice, according with the Bandler method.

Live with Power NLP Seminars requires participants to fully participate in the program through taking part in demonstrations and group practice. Live with Power NLP Seminars encourages participants to ask questions if requiring clarifications.

Participants will receive ample opportunity to practice every skill and ask questions. Questions will always be answered.

Live with Power NLP Seminars guarantees that at the end of the Certified Practitioner Certification program, every participant who demonstrates the requires skills will be qualified to be certified internationally.

In the case of failure to fulfill these guarantees, participants will receive a full refund of their tuition fees.
Tuition fees will not be refunded if a participant does not take part in the exercises as required by the International NLP Society to certify NLP Practitioners. 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to totalnlp@gmail.com.

I require a written request for cancellation, including reasons.

Cancellation requests received up to 30 days before the event will be refunded in full, less a $100 processing fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received within 30 days of the event, including no-shows. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation and in the same manner as original payment. Registrations can be transferred once between events.

Costs connected to certification ($350) and creation of your manual and materials will not be refunded.

LiveWithPower.com reserves the right to cancel any program. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified in writing and will receive a full refund of the registration fee in the same manner as original payment or, you can apply the fee to attend the next available program. LiveWithPower.com will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant including hotel and travel costs.
